1960 born in hong kong.
he came to international attention with his “redwhiteblue” series,
which he presented at the 51st venice biennale in 2005 representing hong kong.
he was awarded the hong kong contemporary art awards 2012 and
the hong kong arts development awards 2011 – award for best artist (visual arts) in 2012.
his “lanwei” series was collected by M+ museum, hong kong in 2013.

又一山人

視覺溝通人。
1960年生於香港。
曾創作廣為人知的《紅白藍》系列，並以此系列於2005年代表香港參展第51屆威尼斯雙年展。
2012年，獲頒發『香港當代藝術奬』2012及2011香港藝術發展奬的年度最佳藝術家奬（視覺藝術）。
2013年，其《爛尾》攝影系列被香港M+博物館所收藏。

artist statement

Since the project of “building hong kong redwhiteblue”,
(keep promoting positive hong kong message through
the plastic canvas ‘redwhiteblue’)
I targeted to be everywhere like King of Kowloon but
with a licence not like our king who did it illegally…..
The pair of posters are the messages to reflect (blue side)
and to dream (red side) my eyes of Hong Kong now,
in which the words are re-ordered from the 8 panels of
original calligraphy works from the king
who personally donefor me years ago.
The messages are about eat and buy,
stock market and property, chasing for money, of course
there are also politic and social issues,
dreams & hope of Hong Kong.
Wish this is our way of positive Hong Kong,
it is a dream, it is not an illusion.

自從2001香港建築紅白藍的開始，
便打算做個”領正牌照”的曾灶財，
“無處不在” 作為目標，
將紅白藍正面香港推銷滲透⋯
就借曾灶財給我這八板文字，
重組轉化成我對香港的一些看法和
祈望在於一對海報中。
當中有吃喝玩樂，有拜金炒股，
亦有政治、社會、理想。
謹希望我這個正面香港信念
不是妄想和幻想⋯
