dance goes on / 冇照跳

project description

a long-planned dance movie project, a dance experimentation project without a stage, audience or format boundaries, initiated by stanley wong (anothermountainman) and three of his good friends: mui cheuk-yin, xing liang and yuri ng, all accomplished choreographers.

the three friends choreographed improvised “personal – exceptional” dances with the people, space and objects of hong kong, drawing on the essence of dance and the many issues surrounding our home, hong kong, the city we live in. their wish is for hong kong to stride forward and dance with its usual embracing and positive attitude; a wish for hong kong, “life goes on…”
